2. Product Description

Holistic Llama supplies a range of natural, homeopathic, and herbal products designed to support general wellness and promote balance. Our range includes:

Herbal remedies in capsule, tincture, and oxymel form

Therapeutic and cosmetic creams, oils, balms, cleansers, and serums

Nutritional supplements and natural wellness support products

All products are locally manufactured in South Africa through a trusted third-party manufacturer under close collaboration with Holistic Llama. Ingredients are sourced both locally and internationally from reputable suppliers.

Holistic Llama does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our products are intended to support wellbeing and may contain ingredients that have been traditionally used to assist with various health concerns.

3. Shipping, Order Processing & Delivery

Once you place an order, it typically takes about 2 business days to process.

After processing and booking with the courier, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier and your chosen shipping method (door-to-door or locker delivery).

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may take longer.

Responsibility for the parcel passes to the courier company once it has been handed over.

Shipping fees are generally fixed, varying only by delivery method. Large or bulk orders may incur additional shipping charges.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are securely processed via PayFast, supporting Instant EFT, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other digital methods.

Orders must be paid in full at checkout before processing. Payment confirmation from PayFast may take up to 48 hours.

No cash on delivery or manual payments are accepted.

Discounts may be offered via newsletter sign-ups, promotional campaigns, or registered customers. Subscription services are under development.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns for Unopened Products:

Accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Customers cover return shipping.

Returned items are inspected (2–7 business days). Refunds processed only after approval, within an additional 7 days.

Products returned after 7 days cannot be refunded.

Incorrect Orders:

Holistic Llama will contact customers to rectify wrong items.

Correct products will be sent first; return shipping for incorrect items is covered by Holistic Llama.

Shipping costs for replacement items are generally covered, subject to customer agreement.

Damaged Products:

Orders are shipped in perfect condition; any transit damage will be handled with the courier.

Holistic Llama will discuss replacement, reshipment, or refund with the customer.

Inspection & Approval:

Refunds or replacements are only processed after inspection.

Holistic Llama may deny returns that do not meet criteria.

6. Stock & Order Cancellations

Holistic Llama carries stock and may produce items on order. Most orders are fulfilled promptly regardless of stock status.

If an item is out of stock, customers will be informed and options discussed.

Order cancellations are only possible before the courier logs pickup. Once booked for shipping, cancellation is generally not permitted, except in exceptional cases.

7. Product Claims & Herbal Product Disclaimer

Holistic Llama products do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Products have not been evaluated by SAHPRA and are for wellness support only, not medical treatment.

Customers should consult a healthcare professional before using any product, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical supervision.

Holistic Llama uses quality ingredients and safe practices, but the end user assumes responsibility for use.

Allergens may be present; customers must check for known allergies before use.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Limpopo, South Africa, without limiting rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect only data you provide voluntarily (name, email, phone, delivery address, newsletter opt-in).

Data is used to: process orders, communicate with you, send marketing if opted-in, and improve services.

Limited data may be shared with couriers, payment gateways, and website service providers.

Customers who create an account may request termination or deletion of their account and personal details.

Holistic Llama does not sell your data. Use of our services constitutes consent to collection and use as described in this policy.

10. Promotions, Giveaways & Competitions

Holistic Llama may run promotions and giveaways; rules and terms will be provided for each Promotion.

Participants must comply with eligibility requirements; employees and immediate family may be excluded.

Promotions may be cancelled or modified at any time for technical, legal, or business reasons.

Prizes are awarded “as is” and may require verification. Holistic Llama is not liable for inability to accept prizes.

By entering, participants consent to Holistic Llama using their name or likeness in promotional material (where applicable).

Promotions comply with South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and regulations on promotional competitions.

Holistic Llama may disqualify entrants attempting unfair advantage or violating applicable laws.
