Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order with Holistic Llama, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns for Unopened Products:
Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Customers cover return shipping.
Returned items are inspected (2–7 business days). Refunds processed only after approval, within an additional 7 days.
Products returned after 7 days cannot be refunded.
Incorrect Orders:
Holistic Llama will contact customers to rectify wrong items.
Correct products will be sent first; return shipping for incorrect items is covered by Holistic Llama.
Shipping costs for replacement items are generally covered, subject to customer agreement.
Damaged Products:
Orders are shipped in perfect condition; any transit damage will be handled with the courier.
Holistic Llama will discuss replacement, reshipment, or refund with the customer.
Inspection & Approval:
Refunds or replacements are only processed after inspection.
Holistic Llama may deny returns that do not meet criteria.
